Pricing (Regular Rates)

  • $25 per hour – 1 child

  • $28 per hour – 2 children (siblings)

  • $30 per hour – 3 children (siblings)

 

Optional Arts & Crafts

  • $10 per child

 

Pricing Adjustments

  • Late-Night Care (12:00 AM – 6:00 AM): +25% surcharge on all hours within this window

  • Extended Bookings: +50% rate increase for any time beyond the first 8 hours of a booking

 

Booking Requirements

  • Book in full-hour blocks only

    • Example: Start at 10:00 → end at 11:00

    • Example: Start at 10:30 → end at 11:30

  • Use format: MM-DD-YYYY for booking date, hh:mm A for start/end time

Holiday Pricing

200% of regular rates on the following Aruba holidays (2026):

  • New Year’s Day – January 01

  • Dia di Betico (Betico Croes Day) – January 25

  • Carnival Monday – February 16

  • National Anthem and Flag Day – March 18

  • Good Friday – April 3

  • Easter Monday – April 6

  • King’s Day – April 27

  • Labor Day – May 01

  • Ascension Day – May 14

  • Christmas Day – December 25

  • Day after Christmas (Boxing Day) – December 26

     

Cancellation Policy

Bookings of 3 hours or less

  • Require 24 hours’ notice for full refund or waiver of fees.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a 3-hour minimum fee at the applicable hourly rate.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the booking start time will be treated as a no-show (see below).

No-Show

  • If a sitter arrives at the scheduled location on time and the client is not present without prior written cancellation, a 3-hour fee will be charged immediately.

  • The sitter will wait 15 minutes and attempt to contact the client via phone and message. If no response is received, the sitter will leave, and the no-show fee applies.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future bookings or refusal of service.

How to Cancel

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via:

  • Phone calls alone are not accepted as formal cancellation unless confirmed in writing by our team.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Payment

  • Fees for late cancellations or no-shows are due within 24 hours of the missed booking.

  • If unpaid, future booking requests will not be confirmed until the balance is cleared.

All Other Bookings (longer than 3 hours)

    • Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation window, as it may vary based on the length and type of booking.
